Are you an experienced supervisor or team leader in housekeeping? Do you want to lead a team in Mol? Read on to find out what your day looks like! 👇
Your tasks
Start the day with a short meeting to motivate your team.
Ensure the vacation homes are ready for the guests.
Check the cleaning, train new employees, and step in when necessary.
Follow the daily and periodic cleaning schedules.
Prepare cleaning products and equipment for use.
When the regular supervisor is absent, you take charge and perform the supervisor tasks!
Who are you?
You are available for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
You have experience in housekeeping and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves.
You can travel within the Mol region.
You have a good knowledge of Dutch or English.
Time management is no problem for you.
Experience in leading a team is a plus.

What do you get?
Immediate permanent contract for a minimum of 20 hours per week. During the peak season, you will receive additional hours.
A competitive salary of €17.55 gross per hour.
Meal vouchers - €3.09/day
A challenging role with a lot of responsibility within a dynamic team.
Commuting/travel allowance or bicycle allowance.
Do you work on weekends? Then you will receive an attractive weekend allowance:
€21.94/hour on Saturdays
€35.11/hour on Sundays
