Join Group-f – Supervisor Housekeeping Wanted!
For Oostende we are looking for a working supervisor for housekeeping! You will lead the team and ensure that hotel guests always stay in a clean and pleasant environment.
Your tasks
Assist with cleaning rooms.
Motivate and guide the team.
Communication with the team and clients.
Manage schedules, planning, and quality control.
Train new employees.
Help out at nearby hotels if needed.
Who Are We Looking For?
You have experience in (hotel) cleaning and are not afraid to actively participate yourself.
Time management is no problem for you.
You can oversee the cleaning, train new people, and step in if needed.
Experience in leading a team is a plus.
You have no issue with weekend work.
You can communicate fluently in Dutch or English, which helps with the daily management of your team and interaction with customers.

What We Offer:
Contract for 20 to 25 hours per week. During the peak season, you'll receive additional hours.
A competitive salary of €17.66 gross per hour.
Meal vouchers - €3.09/day
A challenging position with a lot of responsibility within a dynamic team.
Commuting allowance/bike allowance.
Do you also work on weekends? Then you will receive an attractive weekend allowance of:
€22.06/hour on Saturday
€35.32/hour on Sunday.
