Work at Group-f – Cleaning Working Supervisor wanted in the region of Oost-Limburg!
Do you have experience in housekeeping and enjoy taking responsibility? Then we are looking for you as a working supervisor.
Important: you will continue to actively participate in cleaning tasks.
What will you do?
Participate in cleaning holiday accommodations and common areas
Lead, motivate, and support your colleagues
Ensure clear communication with team members and site management
Create schedules, daily planning, and quality control
Train and onboard new employees
Step in flexibly wherever needed within the site
You are the link between the team, the hotel, and Group-f.
Work schedule
Flexible schedule, mainly available on Monday and Friday, flexible on weekends
Working hours between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.
20 hours per week
Who are you?
We are looking for someone with experience in cleaning (preferably in holiday parks or hotels) who is not afraid to get hands-on.
You have a strong sense of responsibility and can work independently
Time management is not a challenge for you
You can monitor team performance and guide new colleagues
Experience in a leadership role is a plus
Weekend work is not a problem
You communicate fluently in Dutch. Knowledge of French or English is a plus
